All Hallows Church and Community Projects in multi-cultural inner-city Leeds is looking for a person with the vision to help us continue to develop our Community Projects, including our popular Community Café.
The All Hallows Community Project, together with other church and community initiatives based at All Hallows, aim to contribute to meeting the needs of body, mind and spirit in a diverse community.
The aim of the post is to continue the development of the projects as a community resource taking its lead from the self-defined needs of the local community rather than the perceived needs of government or statutory-sector agendas.
You will be willing to work with a community development approach and be in sympathy with the radically open Christian ethos of All Hallows Church.
Although initially a one-year contract, we see this as an ongoing post and are committed to seeking further funding.
