A part of the 'With heart and mind' series

'With heart and mind' is a series of workshops and lectures at All Hallows Church during 2002 which seeks to explore a radical contemporary reading of the Christian tradition, bringing it into dialogue with depth psychology, science, politics and other faith traditions. The aim is to feed both heart and mind, encouraging the use of both reason and intuition in our shared quest for hope and meaning.

Dreaming the Heart’s Path

Our dreams can help us in every area of our lives from work situations, relationship issues, health problems and our spiritual development. They are an enormous personal resource which we mostly ignore.

They may seem crazy, but once you start to work on them, especially with others, using some simple processes, you soon see how clever and helpful they are.

Dreamwork also contributes to your creativity. We are all creative beings. We were born to create. So during this day we shall be making and sharing mandalas and writing haikus (three-line poems) that sum up what your dream is saying to you.

So come to the workshop, and bring a dream from any time in your life.

As usual, the workshop will be a combination of stimulating input from our speaker and opportunity for discussion and questions in groups.
