Going Deeper

This is a course looking at the theological choices within the Christian tradition in an open way.

Our first Going Deeper course ran from Monday 18 June 2001 for 6 weeks, at 7.30 pm in the café. This was an exploration of Jack Spong’s book Why Christianity must Change or Die. The book looks at exploring new images of God and new ways of talking the Christian story that move beyond supernatural theism and parental images of God and rescuing images of Jesus.
